1960's Rare Designer VERA Fish Dress

This rare, 60's dress is totally one of a kind! Designer Vera was known for her unique prints, especially scarves and home goods. It's rare to find her clothing pieces. This particular dress was in rough shape when we got it. After multiple days of restoration, it is in remarkably good condition. The shift silhouette is meant to be worn loose, but can also be belted and accessorized! See the attached video for a before and after!
